Grid Dynamics / Hyderabad, Telangana

Moved into a full time role after the internship. I own parts of AWCP, the system that runs and watches many AI agents, and I ship backend services that the team depends on every day.

• Own the orchestration layer: Temporal workflows, activities and retries for long running agent jobs.
• Keep runs correct with the saga pattern, idempotency keys and branch isolation.
• Build FastAPI gateway and control APIs, including the human approval flow.
• Ship React dashboards that show live workflow state and token usage.
• Trace the whole path with OpenTelemetry into Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Tempo.

Grid Dynamics / Hyderabad, Telangana

Six month internship on backend services and internal tools. AWCP was my main project, and the work here led to a full time offer.

• Built the first FastAPI services and Temporal workflows for AWCP.
• Added OpenTelemetry traces, metrics and logs across the services.
• Wrote a command line log analyzer that reads large files line by line.
• Built a Trello style REST API with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy and JWT login.

GrowUpNext / Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

I built and maintained Django web applications from the database layer up to the pages that users see.

• Built web features with Django, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Designed database models and wrote queries for reports and listings.
• Added create, read, update and delete screens with search and filters.
• Fixed bugs reported by users and improved slow pages.
• Used Git for version control and worked through code review.

Karen Engineering Reality / Gurugram, Haryana

My first role in the industry. I learned how real projects are planned, built and shipped, and I wrote Python for everyday tasks.

• Wrote Python scripts to handle repeated data and file tasks.
• Helped build web pages with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Worked with the team on small Django features and fixes.
• Learned Git, branches and pull requests in a team setting.
